My client an International Property Management firm is currently seeking an Assistant Facility Manager for their Yellowknife site. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of property management experience or will have worked in facility planning and/or building operations or construction.This position reports to the Facility Manager and will responsible for the following duties: managing client/tenant relationships, responding to facility alarms, mechanical/electrical system failures, and building occupant complaints. Additionally, the Assistant FM will look after assigned projects, outside contractors, and compliance issues related to Occupational Health and Safety policies, regulations and legislation. Any knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, building maintenance, and the ability to manage projects including capital and tenant repair would be preferred. The Assistant FM must be a strong team player and have excellent customer service skills and be flexible enough to take on any duties as assigned by the Facility Manager. This position is paid dependant on experience + benefits + ample opportunity for growth.
